I wanted to create a practice painting for an event I was invited to live paint for. As soon as they asked me I wanted to challenge myself and paint Juno Beach, which I’ve never painted before. Every once in awhile something a little different comes out. I love all the texture, the perspective the colours, but most of all the meaning behind it.
